Summit Worldlink Freighters Ltd ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This page explains what information our website collects, how it is used, and your choices - in plain language, without legal jargon.

1. What Information We Collect

Our website collects information only when you choose to provide it, through these tools:

• Vehicle Duty Calculator - if you generate a PDF quote, we ask for your name, phone number, and (optionally) email address, purely to personalize the quote document you download.
• Get a Quote form (general cargo) - name, phone/WhatsApp number, optional email, and the cargo details you enter.
• Newsletter signup - if you subscribe, we collect your name and email address for the sole purpose of sending you the updates described at signup.
• Marketing opt-in checkbox - the Duty Calculator includes an optional, unchecked-by-default checkbox to also receive email updates. This is entirely separate from generating your quote; leaving it unchecked has no effect on your PDF.

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts to monitor your browsing behavior on this site.

2. How This Information Is Used

The Duty Calculator's PDF generation and the Get a Quote form do not transmit your information to a server or database we control - the PDF is generated directly in your browser, and the Get a Quote form simply pre-fills a WhatsApp/email draft that you choose whether to send.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, or check the optional marketing box on the Duty Calculator, your name and email are used only to send you the periodic duty-rate and clearing-tips updates described at the point of signup. We do not use this information for any other purpose, and we do not sell or share it with third parties. You may unsubscribe or request deletion at any time using the contact details below.

3. Third-Party Services

This site loads a small number of external resources to function correctly:

• Google Fonts - for consistent text rendering, including in generated PDF quotes.
• Font Awesome (cdnjs) - for icons used throughout the site.
• flagcdn.com - for the country flag icons shown in our World Clock section.
• WhatsApp and standard email protocols - used only when you click a "Send" button, to hand off your message to your own device's apps.

These services may log basic technical information (such as your IP address) as part of normal internet infrastructure, governed by their own respective privacy policies.

4. Data Retention

The Duty Calculator and Get a Quote form do not retain any personal information on our servers - they run entirely in your browser or hand off to your own WhatsApp/email app. If you subscribe to our newsletter or opt in to marketing emails, we keep your name and email only for as long as necessary to send those updates, and will delete it immediately upon your request.

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you (from prior WhatsApp/email communications), request a correction, or request deletion, using the contact details below.

We may update this policy from time to time as our website evolves. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
